“(Cut),” commissioned by 3S Art Space for the exhibit, “Framing Space,” and curated by Jamie DiSimone, emphasized performative architecture and the body. Visitors could walk between and through the four architectural structures of four painted 2″ x 4″ frames topped with yellow bent wood arcs.
Performances by the Hio Ridge Dance Troupe responded to the installation space with transitional bodily forms.
